Virtual Tour
Welcome! Ok, not the most important room...but MAYBE!! :) This is the dining room that I took over for my space. I'm thinking of putting a folding screen thing in the doorway there to the right. From the front door when you come in and look to the left, eek...there is my space. There is another entrance to this room from the kitchen, so I will leave that open. I think.... Next picture is the family room, then the dining room with the living room. It is a little close, but I think it works ok. We need to have someone over to find out if it really is ok!
We are here!
Oh my, oh my...I NEVER want to see another moving box to empty! I especially never want to see packing paper again. See what I mean?
We do have all but about 5 boxes unpacked. My guess is that 2 of them will be unpacked, the others will remain sealed and sterile until the next move. Well, it could happen!
We went to the library two days ago. I can't believe how my kids kept insisting that we go and do that so soon. Who in the world has been in their new house for FOUR days and then goes to get a library card that quick?? My kids are so funny!
I've got to get off to school this morning, but wanted to let you know that we are home safe now. I'm hoping to post more pics later. I'm even working on card ideas to share with you here. Have a wonderful FRIDAY!!

kwerner Color Challenge
I enjoyed this week's colors. Last week's were rather fall-ish. This week's colors use two of the InColor09 colors from Stampin' Up! I really like Kiwi Kiss and Baja Breeze together. I made ATCs with the colors. Punches I used were the three heart punch, and the scallop square punch. The music paper is leftover Christmas paper! :) The ribbon is some I had on hand it my stash jar. It's not really close to the Kiwi Kiss at all, but I liked the look.

The perfect cup of tea
I've just finished some Saturday morning duties, which means that I'm ready for a cup of tea. Since we are leaving our snug little all American town, that means I'm leaving behind a little tea shop that I've come to love. You have to check out www.annasteashop.com if you are in need of any tea supplies, or any loose tea. They have a great selection. Two of my favorites are, Market Spice and Love of Paris. Market Spice is a really yummy, cinnamon-y, citrus-y tea. Love of Paris is has hints of lavender and something else fragrant. It is a nice winding down for the afternoon tea. Did you know that you can de-caffinate a cup of tea at home? It's true! All you have to do is brew your tea leaves in a cup for about 45 seconds, then dump out the water and use those same tea leaves for your cup, and viola! you have decaf tea.

The count down begins!
The movers will be here to begin the packing in seven days! I'm not sure I'm ready. Nothing in my house looks ready! I'm hosting a big party here on Saturday, and Easter is in the mix somewhere too. Top it all off with this zany idea I had this evening to start a virtual reading group with some of my friends from Liberty. Call me crazy!!

Wednesday, ah...Wednesday
Wednesday is everyone's favorite day at our house. I think it might be because we eat dinner at church. My cooking is not the greatest. In fact, my children have been known to cry when I put dinner on the table. Granted, it was when they were toddlers. But, I'm suspicious still when they say they like something I've made but don't eat much of it. Hmmm....
Tonight though we get to eat tacos with friends at church. I love it because someone else does all the prep work, serves me and even cleans up when I'm done! LOVE that. Hope your day is going well.
